Router Contract ***** by MTN South Africa!

I am sick and tired of Mtn taking advantage of us! I had a 12 month router contract with MTN and my relationship with them exhausted August 2021.

A few weeks ago I started receiving phone calls that I owe MTN South Africa. I asked how much and they said R2000 plus! Nowhere in my contract does it state that I should GO INSIDE A MTN BRANCH and cancel my contract once the 12 months course had run. I'm disgusted to say the least. Worse is I don't even receive that data they supposedly given me. My contract was debit order but I'd pay cash on some months and then only would I receive my monthly data. You guy's are ****** and are taking advantage of the whole South Africa with your horrible service. I'm appalled. I don't owe you guy's anything! I will not pay for data I had never received nor used!
