Router contract

MTN ROUTER contract I took a rooter plus sim last year September /October and i was never enjoy their setvice because the router was always offline with green light. I took it to Limpopo thinking maybe i will get signal and give it to my sibling. Still i visited the Thavhani Mall MTN Branch to change address two times with no luck they keep on saying they can find signal.

I decided to cancel the contract and handed over their device. I even got a call from them which was comfirming they have received their Router. End of January the deduct their money, Now is February they are still deducting my money witjout even send me a bill for February to give time to Query.

Is that how they treat their customers after not enjoying the benefits that i was paying for for 5 months.
