Router connection and a rude agent

Date was on 29th Sept, around 7pm, it the first call i made, it was a girl. On the second call the guy assisted me perfectly. It that consultant girl has attitude speaking over me while I'm still telling her my query, she doesn't have willingness to assist, no empathy, lacking to acknowledge my query, no solution to my problem and lastly i need a feedback to tell me what have yourl done about her cause it obvious that how she treat all the customers 😡😡😡😡😡😡
