Router cancellation

The service is very poor, when you're signing up for contract they call you now and again but when you want to cancel no one is willing to help. It has been 5 days now trying to cancel the router because it's not working at all but they keep on telling me stories. The worse part is that they gonna debit my money for the router thats is not working even worse I return the router to the store but still I am nothing getting help🚮
