Router cancelation

Hi , I'm still waiting my cancelation for my router, i really don't understand why it's taking so long to cancel the damn thing, and I'm still the one who is emailing, Mondo and calling with no help whatsoever, I've never dealt with such people before , service is so pathetic, I will never recommend this company even to my worst enemy , seriously guys I cannot take a whole month , and few days to cancel , so quickly your sales assistant **** to me , and ******* me to taking the router, but now it takes for ever to cancel , rewards co / Mondo cancel the router immediately, so you're waiting for cancelation department, surely that can not take a whole week , please stop abusing me
