Round and round we go

I was contacted by an MTN call centre agent in November. I am currently a MTN customer and my contract was due for upgrade. He wanted to send me a new 4G card and I told him I do not want a contract as I wanted to go instore to upgrade in December. He said he would sent the card as it was not an upgrade, simply MTN rewarding a loyal customer. When the courrier arrived with the card, there was a contract attached. I tore up the contract and sent back the 4G card. I also phoned the agent to tell him that I did not want a contract ans specifically told him so. I said he would cancell it. When I went into a MTN store in December, I was told I cannot upgrade as I already upgraded to a 24 month contract in November. The store, nor Customer services was able to help me and everyone refered me back to the agent. Several calls have been logged with diferent people in the upgrade department who all say that someone will get back to me after they have received the contract and phone calls. I keep getting the run around and it seems no one at MTN is concerned that customers are being upgraded without their consent. It is the worst customer service I have ever received and expect better from a big comapny like MTN.
