Rotten service /Poor service

Never toke contract with MTN and MTN insurance. They unreliable, they promise empty promise. They run after your money. I have two contract with them. My phone was dameged last year it takes them to 3 weeks to collect the phone, 2 weeks to get it fixed and 1 months to bring it back. Now I claimed for my second phone p40 lite fallen in the water. I paid the acces fees, they kept on lying that my phone will be collected. It's almost a week now. Never fool yourself. They have got bad services. They don't care about their customers.
