ROTTEN MTN SERVICE (Gateway)

I have received the most disgusting and ineptitude service from MTN Gateway Branch, in Durban. I endeavoured to enter into a monthly contract for a 4G wireless router. They were unable to process my Application for 3 days running alleging that their systems were off line country wide. I checked and found out that this was an outright lie. They wanted to push another product onto me. They wanted 3 months Bank Statements from me just for a monthly contract. I was asked what educational qualifications I had. For goodness sake what has all this rigmarole to do with the Application of a monthly contract for a 4 G Router ??? And then they claim to be the best ISP in the country. Stay away from them guys, Just read all the rotten reviews which they are receiving from the public. 👎👎👎🤮🤮🤮
