Rosehill Mall, Port Alfred MTN store is useless

On Monday 24/06/2019 I went to the MTN store in Rosehill Mall, Port Alfred to apply for a data contract. I got an sms the same day which stated that my application was provisionally approved. After that I never got any correspondence until I went to the store again on Friday 28/06/2019 and was told that they are having a technical challenge which they will sort out and I should get my data by Monday 01/07/2019. I have not heard from them even today. I phoned them at 14:25 today to find out what is happening, they told me they would check and get back to me. I phoned again 2 hours later, the lady told me they are still busy with "clients" they would phone me when all the clients in the store are gone. I'm not very happy with this treatment, considering that I've been a client of MTN for almost 10 years now. I've used several MTN stores before and never have I experienced such unprofessional treatment. I'm very disappointed
