Rosebank mall the Zone mtn

Last month I told mtn that I will report them to hello Peter and the acted like they take my matter seriously started calling that they handling this two weeks back thus said they on a final process and they have done everything I should give them two day I did that. But last week I call them again to find out what happened when an I call my phone the sles agent told me the week won't end but it did when I called again Friday he said to they have done everything the senior must give final approval today I call them they drop the call is possible that from Aug I took the phone only used it for weeks that it had a factory fault did today I don't have the phone mtn the Zone just not professional at all
