Rose amongst the thorns

<p>Over the past 5 1/2 months I have dealt with over 20 empoyees at MTN.</p> <p>The vast majority of my interactions were with unhelpful staff members who were unwilling to help or made unkept promises (look at my previous post on hellopeter where MTN said I would be contacted... months later I am still awaiting assistance from David). Three employees need to be mentioned for their great work ethic and customer care (your facebook team, legal and ***** department should look to these individuals for mentorship).</p> <p>Ashley and Mercy from MTN Norwood: They have both been assisting me since day. Over the last 5 1/2 months they have been trying to help correct the wrong of their seniors and have gone to the ends of the world to do so. They treat customers with respect and go out of their way to assist. Many of the time that I was in their store, Ashley was confronted by angry customers. He dealt with each one calmly and tried to assist wherever possible while never degrading the name of his workplace. I thank them both for ALL their hard work, professionalism and kindness.</p> <p> </p> <p>Although I only had one interaction with Tshepo Dikobe from MTN Sandton, he was one of the most helpful people I encountered. He is professional, treats customers well and seems to really uinderstand the systems in which he works.</p>
