Rooter not working

bought ZTE wifi rooter last week and DSV told me they will deliver on saturday then i waited the whole day and no communication. monday i had to call them and ask whats happening, they told me they had technical problem, well they delivered yesterday.

i connected around 5pm, it and it is not working, i called mtn help line for more than 2hours while telling me different stories and taking me to different departments, only to find out that they did not RICA the sim, How ***********????? ok then they did help me with that, today it is still notworking, i called again, they told me that they need to ACTIVATE it, i waited the whole 30min plus to get to that department and even now i have not reach them, i am just helpless njhe, i am really disappointed with your service you are neglecting your loyal customers. i feel so helpless, if you do not want to help me just cancel the contract. i am really angry right now. i need to use this WIFI asap.
