My phone crashed about a week and half ago and I took it to MTN Northgate after Cresta MTN gave me the wrong information. At Northgate I was helped by Ronald... excellent customer service. He called me on Thursday to tell me that my phone was ready and even suggested to send a driver to drop it off if I could not pick it up. Friday morning at 08:00 called me again to tell me that the store opens at 09:00 but his already at the store and I'm welcome to come and pick it. Which I did at 08:30. And I was in time for my 09:00 meeting at work. Keep up the good service Ronald and going the extra mile for customers...it's a very rear commodity these days...
