Rogue Corporates

I cannot get through to the MTN branch in La Lucia. My biggest problem is the fact that MTN is using Telkom type tactics to avoid real time interaction with clients. I can complain all I like but will not get any satisfaction at all. Is this just another corporate gone rogue?????? Make your money while you can - get the corporate benefits and bonuses and just keep going. For info - has anyone at MTN actually checked their review score???
