Rogue behavior of mtn

Most freaken poor service ever. Call was logged on Monday as we receive no signal during loadshedding.

When follow up calls are made as soon as they hear loadshedding the call mysteriously drops. Finally spoke to the same person who logged my call today. First he tells me there is no feedback. After I got aggressive and vulgar he then tells me there is feedback which states there is no battery. So if u established there is no battery at the tower surely 1 wouldve been ordered and installed. Or is it that mtn is quite content taking peoples subscription money and not caring about providing the service??? Seems everything is the same south africa.
