Rocket science to get a contract stopped

My aunt tried stopping her contract numerous times and still you keep charging her. She is still paying for something she has proof of stopping. You owe her this money back. Why is it so difficult to get a contract stopped??? Lack of intelligence? Contact her on her number urgently and please someone who speaks afrikaans.
