robbing people of airtym and data

<p>Ive lost airtym and data from mtn and hv been promised a refund but nothing. Have spoken with 4 managers who all promised me my airtyn back. Fiona,terrance,deshen and one more they keep making empty promisess and not actuay delivering.customer service agent know nothing about threathing customers fairly and try calling them with a query they wil tell u that the system is down..system works pretty fine when its taking peoples hard earned cash. Iv been with mtn for over 10yrs but their service keeps getting worse then better over the year.they **** people of airtym and data ive had enough with them im thinking of porting my number to vodacom</p>
