Robbing me of my minutes

Been waiting for MTN to get back to me regarding why I only receive half the contract I am paying for. Was told my contract expired on the 07/12/2020 But my benefits were only reduced 2 months ago. Another consultant tells me my contract expires January 2024. I so badly need help and no one can help. When tye complaint was logged on theb12 October by the service providers service agent. She said she will contact me 1 week later. Well, it's in excess of 2 weeks and I had to come back to store to get told info above. Not happy. Start all over again. Been waiting probably 45 min in Q.
