MTN has no respect for their users. They think they are above all. I complained several times about my account that is incorrect and no response. It does not even help to phone their head office. You hold on forever and they just give you the run around. DON'T SUBSCRIBE OR USE MTN!

As per your previous response the bill has increased because of price changes in the monthly subscriptions and out of bundle rates. Please look at section 15 of your contract with regards to price changes.
