****** of my airtime
This morning i switched on my and wanted to make a call but had no airtime.I then cancelled all of my previous day activities on my phone as I always do then bought a R15 airtime . After i then bought a day data of R3=20mb, ,I then made a call of which it went to voice mail. After the call i received a free airtime and data of which I was surprised because you only get free airtime when you make a R7 airtime call.I phoned the call centre for explanation but was told that my airtime was credited for using Internet.I disagreed with the woman and tried to explain to her that my phone downloads updates over WIFI and she then dropped the phone on me. Can you please help as this is not the first time this has happened to me.

Kindly note that the data bundles that you bought in 2015-12-10 07:02:13 was used up at 2015-12-10 09:10:59 and also the R11.96 was used on internet connection, that when it gave you that R55.00 WOW bonus. Your phone was on the internet during all that time.
