****** of data and airtime

I would just like to query how often MTN robs people of data or airtime. My daughter got R70 from me for a data bundle for 7 days, while she was purchasing the bundle the connection was dropped when she went back in her airtime was gone and no gig data only the 100mb that mtn gave her for recharging. She has spoken to numerous people and nobody can assist. The one gentleman still had the nerve to pass a remark that mtn is a big company and cannot be reliable for all their customers (really). People should get together and boycott this thievery.
