******, Cheated and **** to by MTN Upgrades/Retentions

I upgraded my contract on 21 August 2020 with an *********** Desmond Coetzee. The deal offered with a sim only contract for 24 months @R199 per month. It included 250 anytime minutes, 15GB anytime data, 15GB night express data and 50 SMS's. I receive my monthly allocation on the 27th of every month. To my dismay, when I checked my balance this morning, I was only given 50mins. From Friday 21 August 2020, I have been battling to get hold of Desmond Coetzee. He seemed to have also stuffed my wifes upgrade on the same contract where she lost all the minutes she had just seconds prior to the upgrade. I have left several messages for him to call me, he even received emails from me as well as the call center to call me back yet he continues to hide from me. He reads my emails but never responds. I logged a ticket this morning under reference ***. I was told that once I receive an SMS to say the ticket is closed, my minutes should have been rectified. I am still waiting for my minutes. I want my 250mins today!!!! That is what I signed for!!!
