On the 12th September 2018 i was phoned by MTN to upgrade my Mtn Contract and they promised to offer me a P20 Lite Huweii Android phone and the payment is going to start in October.They said its going take 3 working days for me to receive the phone and i was fine with it.I never received the phone and they deducted the money end of September 2018 till May 2019 .I phoned and emailed them several times I was never treated well by mtn customer care .I never received back the money they deducted .
