Some years back I was with MTN. After contract lapse I downgraded to a data R49 a month and it was month to month,- so they said. When I wanted to cancel they refused to cancel and they keep accumulating the debt in my name. I sent several emails to MTN as I no longer use their services but no, they continue accumulating the debt. This is some form of looting as it wasnt part of the deal, and it may end up tarnishing my credit record for nothing. I've tried all I can but they keep sending me from pillar to post. Can I kindly get intervention on this matter as it is really stressful. My email ***
