I have been with the network since 1999 and they have been good to me. Problem started when they are charging me for 24 months for a number I have never use and do not know. I only found out about when I was trying to cancel the contract with the other number, they told me about the other number that I am paying for. I told them I do not know the number, told me to lodge a complaint which I did but nothing was done . UP UNTIL TODAY I AM STILL PAYING FOR THE NUMBER I DO NOT KNOW. I try to reverse the debit orders but the following month it increases. I called several times and they keep referring me to the other departments and never cancel the contract. I do not know what to do with this because I have been paying for something I do not know for more than 24 months.
