My wifi contract expired at the end of Dec and I received a call from a salesperson offering me to upgrade/renew. I told her that I need to think about and to call me in a few days. She may have tried but I didnt speak to her again. What she didn’t tell me is that if my contract goes to a month to month that my premium would increase from R299 to R1299!! If I was made aware I would have cancelled immediately! This is horrible service from MTN and iv basically been ****med. I WANT THIS AMOUNT WRITTEN OFF IMMEDIATELY!
