"Icasa on Thursday issued new regulations which seek to prohibit mobile network providers from charging out-of-bundle tariffs without the consent of their subscribers in a bid to regulate runaway data prices" copied from ICASA's website. MTN has not implemented this regulations. When I called their call centre, that's what I was told. I want all my airtime back!! I'm tired of being ****** by MTN.

MTN has noted the comments made by ICASA in its media briefing related to the End-User and Subscriber Service Charter. MTN is currently studying the actual regulations and will make announcements of any changes, once we have fami****ised ourselves with the charter.
