How MTN lies and robs it's clients... I took out the 10 Gig deal in November. MTN claimed to be busy with a backlog and uploaded the deal in December. They are now charging me R685 pm. They don't send me invoices via email and I am not able to check balances as their apps and call centres are not user friendly. Please can you explain how a R299 contract is now R685????

The last contact with them was tgat they were logging a query... no reference number or details provided. Disgustingly poor services by this store. Not sure why MTN has such franchises carrying their brand, but then again neither is your call centre or online apps customer friendly either...
