****** by MTN

On the 28th August 2016 I purchased a 1gig data bundle for R160 at Pick n Pay express Winmore, cashier was Tebogo Monyangeni. I loaded the data with pin number ********** ********** 28, barcode ********** ********** 997067. I immediately checked my balance and was only credited 500mb. I called mtn and nobody was able to assist me. I was told to get an affidavit from the police and fax all the documents??? I work full time in Joburg, I can't take off work for this and I'm most definitely will not do this on a Sunday evening. What's the point in the customer care centre if they can't help a loyal customer? I am disappointed in Mtn and am now strongly considering moving networks. This must he sored out
