Roanne, you were great when you responded to my post & during our telephone conversations - however since then - I have had nothing but problems.

Please contact me to get these additional issues sorted out.

Another frustration is when calling the number from you which you called me, I was advised that the number doesn't exist - so how is it possible to contact you directly?

I guess typically, MTN only allows contact through it's useless call centre - speaking with one of their numerous "champions".
