Roaming Services

Upon returning from a boat cruise contacted mtn to enquire why my phone was locked. Only to find that my bill was high due to roaming service. According to my knowledge I've never activated this service, that's when i found out that i was activated in August 2017 of which i don't have recollection of calling MTN for this service. Its been over a week waiting for respond as to how and who activated the services
