Roaming not working on prepaid
<p> Before I was on contract and had no problems activating my international roaming. Now that I am on prepaid it does not work. I left SA a month ago and activated international roaming it said it was working and once I arrived overseas it did not work. Says emergency calls only. I cannot use my internet banking or credit card as it's linked to getting the sms with the secret code otp. </p> <p> </p> <p>I can't Skype MTN as it won't let me use the number MTN asks you to use. I can't contact you at all. </p>

The international roaming service is active by default on all prepaid sim cards. Please use the following link https://www.mtn.co.za/everyday_services/RoamingInternational/Pages/UsingPhonesAbroad.aspx which displays the roaming agreements MTN has with other networks around the world.
Please do a manual network selection if your line is still not working, once you have confirmed that the network(s) in the country you are visiting has prepaid roaming agreement with MTN.
