Roaming not activated as requested
Hello,<br> <br> My dad called the customer care to activate his roaming on his phone, before he left for an overseas trip. He called customer services to confirm that the roaming is active before he left. He is currently overseas and cannot make any phone calls or send messages.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Nico
