Roaming failure
Before a recent trip to the USA I had roaming setup on my Iphone. From the time I arrived until I left the roaming never worked at all! All I had was no signal! I would like MTN to call me, and explain their failure and ASSURE me that this will not happen again! It cost me thousands in land line calls unnecessarily. If this happens again, MTN will be held liable for all costs. I don't want excuses. Please contact me asap.
