Roaming charges
<p>MTN charges you as the receiver of a voicemail R35 per minute when your phone goes on roaming. This is absolutely unacceptable and exploits consumers who travel overseas. Even though a closed contract has been negotiated it changes it status to 'open' when your phone goes to roaming. Please rectify your policies MTN.</p>

These foreign networks do not have access to our services and this is why bundles and limits are not applicable when roaming.
