Rivonia Summit Road Useless Service Center!!!
Hi.<br> <br> We have been trying to contact this Service Center all morning. No one answers the phone.We handed in a laptop for inspection over 2 weeks ago and have not had any feedback as yet and I need to follow up on it. <br> <br> This is not the first time trying to contact this center and no one answers the phone. When one tries calling any of the national lines you are subjected to so many options to choose from before you can speak to a person. MTN has ATROCIOUS service.<br> I will not even detail the treatment received last week from one of the employees at the Rivonia Center because it's clearly redundant. <br> <br> Just let me know when the laptop will be ready for collection, or any feedback at all.
