Rivonia branch

I bought a home router yesterday in Rivonia branch they kept me waiting for 2 hours saying their system is down and then when they gave me a router it was not activated, they said as soon as i get home it will be activated only to find out they were lying. The following day I am still waiting for it to be activated n when you call them they don’t and the phone. I am still waiting for maybe router to be activated so I can be able to use WiFi worse they now telling me to wait, it seems like I will not be getting help anytime soon
