ripping people off

I have always been an mtn client, today I received an sms notify of my price limit. according to my knowledge I am on top up cover and can't afford to be on unlimited calls yet I was never told about this when taking up this contract! Now I have to pay bills I can't afford just cause they withheld information. I am very disappointed that I now have to change my cell number after so many years
