Ripping people off.

Wanted the 5gb data promotion (20gb anytime 20gb night) ,but put me on some other contract , for more than 4 months been trying to sort it out but now want me to pay an early cancellation fee for a contract I did not ask for . Reply problem has been escalated but no one contacts you and matter never resolved , Sent messages on FB messenger which they read but dont reply too . Ripping even their old clients off .
