I don't know if MTN sales consultant are paid according to sales that they are hoodwinking people into contracts without fully furnishing them details... Daylight robbing of customers. A R329 contract signed on the 15th of April is what you charged me R414 for on the 30th of April on the basis that its pro-rata for measly minutes and data loaded on phone. You knew very well if I had knowledge of that information I was going to sign my contract on the 1st of May. I am traumatised I tied myself down for 36 months to a ********* company.
