ripping me off
Mtn are frustrating me , the lack of service is disgusting !! I went to Galleria store in Amazimtoti , and upgraded a R 49 data contract to a R 79 contract . I was assured that the only the upgrade fee of R 105 and R 79 premium wwas going to be debited of my account ! But behold MTN takes out R 810.28 from my account . What a r******* , no wonder everyone complains about them, !!!!!

Apologies for the delayed response and inconvenience experienced, according to our records the contract is for R79.00 a month and a once off upgrade fee was charged as well. However, there was data usage over and above the 1 GB provisioned hence the amount of R 810.28.
