i started experiencing sms coming through my phone saying i have subscribed to some site im not aware of. I called the call centre for help, they assisted me in the best possible way they can to stop the subscribtions., even went to an extend of helping me with internet pop ups. I did want they told me to do, and the subscribtions were quiet, until I recharged days later, those sms came through again, rep**** to them to stop the subscribtions. It worked until your recharge again. i called again to stop those subscribtion, they temporarily stopped it. then the problem went on as soon as i recharged. went on the facebook page to complain, they asked for my id number and cellphone number to stop them, i only gave them my cellphone number. i got a reply saying the have stopped them permanently. last week they re appreared, I called in again to complain. they gave some landline number to call and ask them for help, to my suprise that line will only be able to help me next year only......meaning in the mean time i paying for something i dnt know.
