I have an insurance for my mobile phone with MTN and they are charging me twice for the same device R186 and R239 I called the agent and she disputed this despite the I gave her the reference number where R186 is deducted but she said I am only billed R239 and she did not assist me but transferred me to another department where I didn't get help or answer because call not answered
