I took out a contract with MTN on the 27 February 2016 for a Apple Macbook. They told me that the contract will be debited on the 25 of every month and the 1st deduction will be on the 25 March 2016 , however when it was the 27 of March and the deduction had not been made, I decided to go to the store where I took my contract and inquire as to why they did not take out the money. When they checked on their system using the contract number they gave me, it appeared that I am sharing my account with someone because it was showing my surname and someone else and it was also showing a ridiculous amount of money, so the consultant was shocked even herself and she referred me to dial 808 and ask to talk to the contract department so that they can solve this issue because she couldn't but I have been calling those people since the 27 March 2016 till today and they are forever offline and can't help. It's so funny how MTN goes out of their way to entice people and call them to take contracts with them and when they do the now don't care because they made their money. I have never seen such a ******* and I regret taking a contract with MTN, they disgust me.

Kindly take note that the debit date is set for the 25th on the account. The account is now changed to cash as per the MTN dealer request. The debit order has been requested but returned unpaid.
Contract has been activated however the 100GB will only be allocated to the sim card the next day 2-24 hours the device has been used before the free 100GB has been allocated. We do pick up that the validation has been done and credit for R453.22 will be allocated to the account .
The account information is not shared with another user or person. The account is only in your name. The billing for data charges (March invoice ) R1287.00 - R453.22 (credit)=R833.78 are valid and correct.
The debit order returned unpaid and the balance for R1778.15 need to be paid to bring the account to R0.00.
Bank: ABSA
Form: ABSA DEPOSIT SLIP/DEPOSITO STROKIE
Beneficiary Name: MTN SP
Beneficiary Account Number: ***
Branch Code: 632005
Deposit Reference: Your MTN cell phone number or your MTN account number.
The usage limit has been set up.
