******* not processing a cancellation and attempting to grab another month.

I cancelled my data contract on 24 February. Received an sms saying your cancellation date is 25 March. Now today, 26 April, I get an sms saying my cancellation date has been changed to 26 April and I will be billed accordingly. I have been holding on to speak to the supposed retention department now for over 40 minutes! Both sms say Cancellation not move to Month to Month. Pathetic attempt to take money they are not entitled to.
