I took out an MTN contract through Mondo and the deal included a once off 20gb anytime data but it was never loaded. I then called MTN to find out what was going on and they said I must contact the agent who gave me the contract. It's been week now and still the data hasn't been loaded. I'm so disappointed in the service I got from them😞😞😞
