I do not know why MTN never takes their customers serious. The only thing they care about is making good sales, and providing the worse service ever. How does an agent call us randomly to advertise a phone, and instead i tell them i want a different phone. Then we had a agreement, and the next thing they deliver what i refused to take on my doorstep. How does one stand for such behavior? I am so disgusted, and i would't advise anyone to agree on anything or even take any contract after the two incidences i witnessed recently. Now the even bad, no one is willing to take responsibility, because when you call they take you from pillar to post. No one is willing to assist. Such bad service though. I do not want these phone, this is ****************(A rib off). I still demand what i agreed on. I do believe that their calls are recorded, at least that's what i was told.
