In summary......I took out an internet '****le' contract with them for a capped amount...as I cannot afford more than I agreed to. On more than two occasions over the years, MTN suddenly altered my data agreement and monthly charges...by large amounts...without consulting me first or my approval or signed authorisation. I am now being incorrectly sued for thousands of rands!!! I have been trying since May last year to sort this out, without success...and more charges...!!! I could write a book about their shocking service and errors. I am one of many...and have recons and evidence of this.
