RIDICULUOUS DATA CHARGES
I'm using MTN for a very long time now. I normally buy 1GB of data and get 1 GB for free which last me exactly two months. Suddenly every time when I'm left with 500MB I get a message that my data is depleted. The worst part is when you call customer service you wait for almost an hour just to speak to a consultant. This is frustrating because that means I cannot use internet or my e-mails but I have data.

Kindly be advised that when you purchase a 1GB bundle, you receive 1GB free plus 512MB Night Express Giveback data which can only be used between 00:01 to 05:59 daily for the period of the bundle.
Our system shows that you only have the Night Express bundle available of 513.6MB remaining. For a full data balance view, kindly dial *141*1#ok and select option 2 that will show you the different data bundle balance that you have on your account.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
