Ridiculously slow internet and no service delivery

It has been around a week now with no response from MTN at all. The internet speed on my area has become unusable. Average speed with full signal from multiple devices when speed test actually connects is around 0.42mbps with a ping of around 1580ms. Me and my fiance can't work because we work online. I feel like canceling my contracts with MTN and reporting them to the ISPA.
